Paid Members TheBurningRed Posted Tuesday at 11:20 PM Paid Members Posted Tuesday at 11:20 PM Best I’ve done on the low score challenge. Will take a lot to beat gmoney. Quote
Daaaaaad! Posted Tuesday at 11:28 PM Posted Tuesday at 11:28 PM 442! TEAMSHEET GK: I. Walker (0) RB: Alexander-Arnold (18) RCB: M. Dawson (11) LCB: Coloccini (4) LB: M. Kelly (0) RM: B. Silva (45) RCM: Grealish (29) LCM: Nolan (69) LM: Saint-Maximin (12) ST: Drogba (104) ST: Owen (150) I'd like to thank Martin Kelly for scoring six less Premier League goals than Mario Melchiot. Is he any good? He's a new name on my radar, I'm a little surprised that he has ended up getting called into the squad over James Penrice, although there's every chance it's a fair decision given how little I know about the guy. He's been bedded into the side over the last 18 months or so, and has become a regular this season playing every game so far, mainly due to a lack of options for us in midfield. I wasn't convinced at all prior to this season as he never stood out at youth level and only had a loan to 5th division Chorley to his name but he has stepped up superbly this season and has all of a sudden become one of our most important players. He's very good at reading the game and nicking in and intercepting the ball at the right times, has a great engine on him to get up and down the pitch, and uses the ball fairly sensibly most of the time and doesn't try to be something he isn't. Tony Mowbray recently described his game similar to Elliot Anderson and suggested he could go as far as he wanted to in that kind of role. Edited yesterday at 11:05 AM by The King of Old School Quote
Paid Members Devon Malcolm Posted yesterday at 07:35 PM Paid Members Posted yesterday at 07:35 PM What was that game that was posted on here where you had to pick a team to win the Premier League? I preferred that one to this 442 one and it's nothing to do with the fact I'm completely shit at it, honest. Quote
Members SuperBacon Posted yesterday at 07:42 PM Author Members Posted yesterday at 07:42 PM Another question for you all: which team has scored the most goals in the FA Cup? Again, in spoilers please if you want to play Quote

If only the competition proper counts then how is not also record winners Arsenal? (Except I don't think you of all people would've posed the question if that were the answer.) Quote

You spin a wheel and it gives you a team and the year they were in that league and you draft for a set formation? I've spent many hours on that across various websites. Quote

Spoiler Yes they would have to count and they do, that's fine. Amazingly they've never made it past the 4th round which makes it even better! Quote
Fog Dude Posted yesterday at 08:53 PM Posted yesterday at 08:53 PM Spoiler Bloody hell, curse my memory for useless trivia! That's ruined one potential guessing game with 15 days of the international break still to run. My only other thought was Spoiler Preston North End because they gave themselves a bit of a headstart with that 26-0 thrashing of Hyde back in the Victorian era. Quote
RedTwoster Posted yesterday at 09:21 PM Posted yesterday at 09:21 PM Not quite @gmoney’s 22, but a score I’m proud of nonetheless! Quote
Paid Members TheBurningRed Posted 21 hours ago Paid Members Posted 21 hours ago https://6dojl.co.uk Discovered this yesterday. Six degrees of Jim Leighton. Getting Player A to Player B by connecting them via teammates. I’ve not been able to do a shorter route than the six for either day. Today’s is Ali Al-Habsi to Serhou Guirassy if anyone wants to give it a go. Quote

Paid Members tiger_rick Posted 10 hours ago Paid Members Posted 10 hours ago (edited) Anyone tried Boss 93? It's a mobile game in the style of the original Championship Manager. It's a beautiful little thing that is very faithful to the original but offers some alternate leagues and seasons to start in. Only thing I've found is it isn't as piss easy as the original so I'm about 16th in the league! Edited 10 hours ago by tiger_rick Quote
