My current favourite thing is a bagel with a slice of chicken (processed to fuck, obviously), and some pastrami. Stuck in the air fryer on bake for three minutes, add some hot sauce, and you’ve got yourself a top tier snack. Well fucking lush.

I made the kids some chicken nuggets in the air fryer tonight. Didn't have any breadcrumbs so crushed up a bag of Stockwell's ready salted crisps along with some seasoned flour and beaten egg. Both polished off their plates and wanted more of them! Overall most likely healthier than processed shit nuggets

Covered some chicken drumsticks in Old Bay and Olive Oil and put them in the Ninja for 24 minutes and they were beautiful. Bit of Couscous and a homemade Cucumber and mint Yogurt dip to go with it. Fantastic.
