The first 20 seconds of Lillith's first appearance in Cheers involves one of my all-time favourite jokes. The set-up gives so many options, but the punchline is just phenomenal. If you

Who are you and how did you get in here? I’m a locksmith, and I’m a locksmith.    Police Squad.

I’m always staggered at how Arthur Matthews wrote the whole of Father Ted all on his own.

I've been rewatching The Office too, and it's incredible how densely packed with gags it is. My three all-time favourites are when Dwight accidentally calls Phyllis "phallus" after she gets flashed, and these two bits.

Creed might have the best ratio of lines to laughter in the show.

There are dozens of examples of how utterly perfect he was but for whatever reason, this one set me off for a good five minutes the first time I saw it yet it’s rarely seen in any compilation videos.

Paul Rudd is great in that film. "When life gives you lemons just say fuck the lemons and bail" and the bit about not wearing a watch anymore are both ace.
