Footage of Giant Haystacks wrestling in Zambia in the 1970's.

A few legendary British names on the bill too. Never knew there was wrestling in Zambia.

 

In fact, this channel has loads of cool, rare stuff.

Here is wrestling from Belgium in the 1940's in a ring full of water because, well, why not, eh?
 

...and just to show the WWE was actually decades BEHIND the times when it was doing pillow fights here is one from Italy in the 1950's
 

Check this channel out. Lots of little clips with rare footage from around the world. Very cool. Includes footage from a show on a military base in South Korea and footage of Maurice Tillet, who was the inspiration for the look of Shrek, apparently.

Not YouTube but I just finished watching the new Raven documentary on Amazon Prime.  I always loved Raven so was happy to splurge the £3.99 rental fee.  There's nothing groundbreaking about it but it was an easy watch and there's plenty of ECW, WCW and WWE clips in there (which surprised me) to help push the story along.  I did come away from it with a slight feeling of sadness as you really get the sense (despite his claims otherwise) that he still views his life and career as a disappointment.  There's one scene from the present day where he's looking in the mirror and talking about himself ("my arms used to be so much bigger and I wasn't so fat") as his hands are shaking slightly due to his Parkinsons, and it actually got me a bit emotional as you see him coming to terms with his health and mortality.  I do wish they'd spent more time interviewing his girlfriend (who's also his ex-wife, I believe) as I thought she added a lot the few times she was on screen, and could have added that extra layer to who he is today other than just a broken down ex-wrestler.  The few clips of them at home with their dog helped give a bit light to the story.

Not sure, but Raven brought it up in an ROH shoot (one of MANY) probably twenty years ago.
