I had totally forgotten about the census but that was me! Story is that back in sixth year in school we had to do work experience. Having expressed interest in law, I was to shadow a local solicitor around for a couple of days. It so happened that one of his tasks that day was to go attend a meeting with a client who was in the jail. And so it came to pass that I briefly exchanged pleasantries in a corridor with the Lockerbie Bomber. I thought it was just a random guy at the time. Always a surprising answer when "famous people you've met" pops up as a subject 😅
