Paid Members wandshogun09 Posted April 12, 2024 Paid Members Posted April 12, 2024 Funny timing this thread being bumped. You’ve all most likely seen this already but this popped up in my YouTube recommendations the other day. Matt Cardona and co going through the entire Hasbro line. Initially stuck it on in the background while I was doing bits and bobs around the house but quickly got swept up in it. Brought back so many memories. Even touches on the rarities/prototypes and stuff like Rhythm & Blues Greg, Mega Maniacs Brutus and this beauty… Just noticed that channel has similar episodes on the Jakks Bone Crunchers, LJN, Bend ‘Ems, WCW (not Galoob) and ECW as well. Don’t know when or if I’ll ever get around to watching all of them and they don’t hold the same sentimentality as the Hasbros for me because I never had any of them bar a few of the Jakks BCAs. But I really enjoyed this Hasbro one. Quote
Merzbow Posted April 12, 2024 Posted April 12, 2024 There's a new set of those Hasbro-a-likes, only Billy Gunn looks great imo and Hunters face is all fucked up. Quote
lars85 Posted April 12, 2024 Posted April 12, 2024 Triple H looks like a mash up of Jay Leno and Conan O'Brien. Quote
DavidB6937 Posted April 12, 2024 Posted April 12, 2024 Would make a pretty solid Chris Jericho 2024 head. Quote
Paid Members air_raid Posted April 12, 2024 Author Paid Members Posted April 12, 2024 Road Dogg there continuing a noble tradition of being given the jump mechanism despite never going to the top rope. Along with, fittingly enough, Repo Man. Quote
Paid Members Hannibal Scorch Posted April 14, 2024 Paid Members Posted April 14, 2024 TNA, after getting screwed fairly recently on a toy deal, now have one in place from Powertown and they look great Quote

TibBo Posted April 14, 2024 Posted April 14, 2024 I designed the logos/cards/branding for all of the Chella Toys figures. It is awesome to see how they have developed over the years. That Heenan is amazing Quote

Like one of those talking Hulksters with pre-programmed phrases at the pull of a cord. Or a psychotic Krusty doll. You can definitely create a "high flyers" dream match now, of Roadie vs Repo Man. Quote
Paid Members wandshogun09 Posted July 21, 2024 Paid Members Posted July 21, 2024 This is an incredible way to display Hasbros. If I collected them I’d definitely do something similar. Don’t really fancy spending the money though, on the figures themselves or the divorce that would likely follow. Quote
TibBo Posted July 21, 2024 Posted July 21, 2024 Such an ace way to display them all! Much better than being stuffed into a really useful box in the loft like mine. It would do my head-in that the event logo stickers don’t fill the whole of the front panels though, so you can see the colour difference on the stage bits. Quote
Paid Members BigJag Posted July 21, 2024 Paid Members Posted July 21, 2024 This shelf ring idea is another storage solution that I really like. Quote
Paid Members wandshogun09 Posted July 21, 2024 Paid Members Posted July 21, 2024 Yeah I vaguely remember that. Wasn’t that someone on here? Quote
