I have decided that Carbomb is Rainman after his performance in States, State capitals and Presidents quiz. He scored 100% which is amazingly bonkers knowledge!

Thanks for that, but the explanation is actually rather boring: I joined Sporcle a few years ago in order to train up for my shot on The Chase, and the separate quizzes on States, State Capitals and Presidents became my bread-and-butter, along with Countries and Capitals of the World, Flags, Prime Ministers of the UK and the Periodic Table.

I'm fucked in this round. I know absolutely nothing about Formula 1 and not much more about The Simpsons. On the plus side, I know a fair bit about US States and capitals, and I'll do well on the Scorsese one.

I got 100% on the F1 drivers although one stumped me because I thought it was a particular driver when it wasn't. I'm sure it was wrong actually but I went through as many as I could think of and got it right eventually.

I think I did OK on the US states/presidents/capital cities. I wasn't too hot on the capitals but I think I got about 40/50 states and a few of the presidents. Helps that I've been to The Hall of Presidents at Disney World quite a few times!

The Simpsons one got me. I'm useless with that. I also had to do it twice because I pressed 'Give Up' the first time but my score didn't register and it said I hadn't played it so I had to do it again and let the timer run out instead.

I don't know if it's even worth me doing the Dusty Rhodes one. I haven't got a clue!

Glen, sure it flags up, but I (embarrassingly) did terribly at The Simpsons round, but had another go, and will probably have a few more gos, does this mess your averages and scoring up?

Can tell you my attempt 1 score if you like? Surprised myself with the F1 round, thanks to my Grandad.

From back in the day I mean, he's not here with me :)

For the Simpson quiz Id have put money on

Comic Book Guy!!!!

being correct. I had to google it because I couldn't believe it. His first appearance was very late on in season 2.

F1 from the 90s was great for me, I wouldn't have a clue post 2000.

I got all the US States, it something that pops up on Sporcle a lot. The Presidents and Capitals I struggled with, although a couple of names are also capitals of States which scored me double. After that it was just a case of playing Lillian Garcia intros in my head over and over again, most were wrong!

It was a good week for me, Stepdad is a huge F1 fan (we don't have Sky Sports yet we have Sky Sports F1) so that stuff was all fairly easy for me. The Simpsons one scared the crap out of me, had to work it around episodes I knew and put groups into clusters. Could have done better. The US one I got quite lucky with. My friends challenge me to do this kinda stuff all the time, so really it was spellings and such that I had to work around. Alas, I hate Martin Scorcese (I don't but that was not a good round)

Something's gone wrong with mine. I've just been on Sporcle now and done the President/States/Capitals one. Then I've gone on view results and the other quizzes have already been completed. Fuck knows what's gone off - I've been at work all day and haven't had access to a computer or anything. It's already showing me scores for quizzes I haven't done. Any ideas?

I can only think that someone has gone on to your username and played the quizzes on your behalf. Could anyone have accessed it and be a twat?

I can only apologise that you find me on top of the tree, I thought I posted an achievable score but had no idea the vast majority of UKFF’ers have Vexiphobia. Without the flags I would have finished 5th and martyngnr would have stormed it with a score of 98.5% . In order to make sure I don’t see myself at the top of the table next week I have purposely picked some categories that I am not comfortable with. Monkee, Murtz and Carbomb will be happy with some of the quizzes this week as one of their specialist subjects has been chosen.

Delighted with last weeks performance - apart from the flags. I sat there after about three minutes totally lost and staring blankly at the screen.

Who would have thought sitting on the sofa watching Rugby, Sitcoms, WWF and listening to Queen would ever pay off?
