hallicks Posted May 16, 2016 Share Posted May 16, 2016 If you split the brands, then it seems logical to take Raw and Smackdown as separate entities, rather than parts of a sum that equals 5 hours. In which case, Smackdown is 2/3 the length of raw, so they would theoretically "need" 2/3's of the roster of Raw to have an equivalent amount of talent.
