He's been out of the business for a decade, and now he turns back up. They had him work with everyone. Austin, Hogan, Rock, Underaker, Shawn Michaels, Foley, the lot. Engaged couple Rusev and Lana appeared on Tuesday night’s SportsCenter segment for a brief conversation with Coach in-between sports coverage. Rusev mainly stuck to his humorous dry-wit, broken-English heel persona. Asked about his first two WrestleManias, Rusev said Vince McMahon was totally impressed with him last year that he gave him a tank as a present. Rusev deadpanned that he drives it around Nashville now, even though it has “gas consumption” issues. As for taking a Stone Cold Stunner at this year’s Mania, Rusev said he figures he won out since Austin hurt his shoulder and Rusev only got a busted lip. The interview closed with rapid-fire questions about traveling on the road together, booking hotels, and watching sports. They have to be selective, bigger names, can't be done with fillers like Tyler Rex. Is London/Kendrick a no go these days? I know they were at ICW a couple of years ago, Kendrick then went to WWE but I'm not sure of his craic, is he still there as a trainer or was it a one off? London is a big giant child whose taken every opportunity of the last 10 years to slag off Triple H so not only is that bridge burned but London himself has probably driven far, far away from it.
