I'm pretty convinced he won't even get charged, nevermind be found guilty for anything or spend time in prison.

Historically, judges have hated having to get involved in deciding when simulated violence becomes unsimulated, and the wrestling profession - from an outsiders perspective - can't seem to decide whether he's actually done anything wrong.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if the end result is a load of legal grown-ups get round a table and say 'shall we just fuck this whole lot off and send them all back to the circus gutter they came from?'

I don't think they're actually booking him on a show. It's their poor attempt at viral marketing. It's a stunt in the hopes of getting clicks and shares off the back of his name being in the news.
