To be fair, I thought "Rampage Jackson's son might have killed someone" and "worst shit I've ever seen in the ring", might have put off viewers with more sensitive tastes.

Good point chief, wasn't thinking after watching the vid and just blindly wrote my comment.

Presumably there’s a locker room full of wrestlers and no one intervened long before he was beaten into a comatose state?

It’s gone viral well beyond wrestling circles. With everything becoming a culture war issue I’m sure a video of a black man pummeling an army veteran will be weaponized by the wrong ‘uns.

This happened in Rikishis fed which has the WWE ID seal of approval.

There doesn't seem to be anymore to it than whats in the video. Rampage jnr and Syco Stu had a pretty tame backstage altercation. Which they seemingly resolved. There was some sort of agreement for both parties to take part in a in ring angle. At the time of the angle, Rampage Jnr decided he would take violent and disturbing revenge.

Horrible fool with a weak mind and fragile ego.

Going nowhere as a proper fighter, not got the composure or mindset, just a loose cannon who will probably get beaten handily many times along the way, made a total idiot out of himself.

Yeah there’s no real backstory to it other than the lad is a meatheaded prick whose fragile ego far exceeds his tiny brain. Posted about it in the MMA bit earlier. Complete with Daddy’s shite statement here…

This is from a pro wrestling show but it involves Rampage’s son so I’m putting it here. It’s absolutely fucked up.

Guess I should throw in a trigger warning here because this is legit attempted murder…

There’s a clip of the ‘incident’ that apparently started all this in the replies and it’s literally just the other guy lightly hitting Rampage’s son in the head with a drink can. It’s nothing. If that’s gonna be used as some kind of defence then it’s not gonna cut it. At all. Getting hit with a ‘working strike’ off a can in no way justifies a reaction where you later slam the guy’s into the canvas and punch his already unconscious head full force about 20 times and have to be forcibly dragged off him. There were reports that the guy “hadn’t moved” for ages after but then Rampage put out this pathetic statement basically excusing his cunt of a son’s behaviour and says the other guy is “awake and stable”. I guess that’s OK then.

Says his main concern is the guy’s recovery but makes sure to keep throwing attempted justifications and excuses for his son in there every other sentence. This was attempted murder shit. On camera. And clearly premeditated because the thing with the can that supposedly ‘provoked’ this was earlier in the day so he’d obviously planned this and knew exactly what he was gonna do. He’s fucked his life and possibly someone else’s up if the guy doesn’t make a full recovery.

The guy also apologised to Jackson three separate times. Which were all recorded. Jackson said it “was all good” when he accepted Syko’s apology. Obviously couldn’t let it go and completely flipped.
