There may well be someone else who can make a similar claim, but Rude is the one that always sticks out

He didn’t debut on TV until January 96, though he was in WWF in 95.

Yeah he must have, he had some bits on Hardcore TV even though I'm pretty sure he didn't wrestle.

Yeah, Pillman was on a few early Nitro’s from 1996, Arn Anderson gave him a right good slap in one episode

Of course Pillman, how could I forget Pillman. I did say there were probably others that could make a similar claim, but I think because Pillman’s ECW run was so short it’s easy to forget he was there at all. What was it? February to June?

Doesn’t quite count but you could almost have Bret Hart as an example in 97. That Terry Funk ‘retirement show’ was nearly an ECW show and obviously Bret was on WWF TV nearly all year and then made his first Nitro appearance just before the end of 97.

Didn't Public Enemy do all three in 1999. Brief run in ECW with Dudleyz, an equally brief WWF run then back to WCW for the summer.

Also 1997, Stevie Richards and Raven.

I took a brief detour to watch Fall Brawl 95 before continuing with Nitro. It was an okay show. Flyin’ Brian and Johnny B. Badd had an awesome match. Then I had to suffer through two army goons having a stinker. My suffering continued with DDP (awesome) vs The Renegade. I’m glad the Network is going, so nobody could accidentally stumble upon  some of these people. Harlem Heat with the glorious Sister Sherri win the tag titles (hooray!), Arn Anderson and Flair have a long match with lots of rest holds and a disappointing ending. The WarGames match was just fine, nothing special. I definitely prefer the participants waiting at ringside rather than locked in shark cages where you can’t see them. Sort it out for next year, Triple H. The show ends with The Giant snapping Hogan’s neck. Well done. 

Anyway, back to Nitro. Episode 3 was forgettable. Harlem Heat lose the titles (boooo!) to the American Males. I know Bagwell, but not Scotty Riggs. Neither are good.

Good god almighty, it’s Mr. Wonderful. With a shrivelled arm. His theme music is fantastic. 
 

Pillman against Flair in the main event. It’s far too short. I hope they get a proper match down the line. They really like to hammer home the “where the big boys play” catchphrase, don’t they?

I think that in some markets he actually appeared on ECW TV the same night as his RAW and Nitro double-header, too.

There's some unlikely other people managed the WWF, WCW and ECW in the same calendar year:

Stevie Richards managed all three in 1997, thanks to the ECW invasion angle in the WWF.
Al Snow in 1995, as he worked a single match on WCW Saturday Night. 
If you include dark matches, Sabu worked a few for the WWF in 1993, a couple of shots for WCW the same year, and was a regular for a mostly pre-Extreme ECW that year.

Fall Brawl 95 as Craig Pittman vs Cobra on it, which involves Cobra army crawling across the ring to sneak up on Pittman (I think it's way around) in a manner so hilarious I lost it last time I watched it.

Other way round. Pittman descended from the rafters then crawled from one ring to the other. You’d think it would be the guy named after a snake who’d do the crawling, but hey ho.

Already said it but Raven and Public Enemy pulled it off in 1997/99
