A friend once said to me "It's so fitting you support Spurs, I can't think of a better suited pair" and he's quite right. An existential crisis every 2 weeks. COYS!

Anyway, some loveliness.

That Ashworth was apparently pushing for Southgate or Howe ahead of Amorin. He should have been sacked on the spot for that.

Looks like a very poor piece of business by INEOS altogether. More money wasted, at a time that match-going fans are being rinsed by price hikes because the club needs to improve revenue. That's the aspect that supporters will quite rightly be most angry about.

It's particularly discouraging to see them go to such lengths to appoint somebody, quoting 'best in class' recruitment, only to sack them five months later. However, I'm slightly encouraged that they have at least acted decisively if they felt the fit wasn't right.

As funny as it is watching Arsenal balls up again, it's not fun watching them. I can't think of a team in the Premier League that is worse to watch than them. Allardyceball without the charm or self-awareness.

'Waitrose Bolton' is my favourite term for them.

Arteta has been there 5 years and his sole tactic seems to be "5 lads all stand at the back and run at a corner"

Gunnersaurus didn't die for this.

There should be a scientific study of how long the life span of Spurs fans is and how much lower it is than the average as I reckon its significantly lower. I'd gladly donate my brain to science if it saves others.

Anyone want 2x tickets to Spurs vs Liverpool in a few weeks?

Poor Brennan Johnson. He must be absolutely gutted that he left Forest for this.

Nice touch at the end there with the Spurs fans chucking a bit of rubbish at their own player.
