If you use slurs on this forum, as you have here, youāll also find yourself getting banned. Won a shot at the International Title, immediately calling for a, āWembley moment,ā after missing the show last year. And then proceeded to do fuck all, with no direction, as MJF and Ospreay built a feud around that very belt. Is he injured? Has something fallen through because of the Lucha Brothers jumping ship? Whole thing feels like such a weird dead end. At this point, they might as well just make his big Wembley moment winning the Casino Gauntlet. The closer we get to the show, the more the Gauntlet is becoming my most exciting match. Itās got the potential to be bloody brilliant. Theyāve nailed the format. Their own version of the Royal Rumble, only better. And to finally have it on pay per view, so itās not hindered by ad breaks and TV time remaining? Cannot wait. I hope they go fucking mental with it. Mad entrants. Crazy spots. Roderick Strong pacing backstage, never quite making it. In my head, itās got the potential to be Match of the year. I think the working plan was for Death Triangle to challenge for (and probably win) the Trios Titles, but the expectation within the industry is that Penta and Fenix are WWE-bound when their contracts expire shortly so that appears to be off.Ā I do hope PAC gets a decent match/moment since he missed the show last year and, you know, almost died and stuff.Ā Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Whole thing feels like such a weird dead end. Singles wise there's been plenty of reshuffling. The recent rumour is that it was settled on Death Triangle for the Trios title. Something that also needed some reshuffling with Jay White getting injured and then the Lucha Bros one foot out the door. Casino Gauntlet does look to be the catch-all to get the men on the show that don't have anything planned. OC v. KOR v. Strong this week on Dynamite to set-up the 1st entrant. I don't think there's any way PAC doesn't make the show in some form or fashion if he's fit and healthy. I don't know all the details, but there was a serious health situation that prevented him from being on All In last year. Kfogg1991 Posted August 13 Share Posted August 13 I've just read on Facebook apparently there's tickets on sale on some website for Ā£9 which if that's true that's shocking and won't be shocking to be the last one from aew over here unless they go for a smaller venue if there flogging tickets that cheap to try and get rid and sell it out as much as possible there surely going to lose astronomical amounts even factoring in merch sales and such.
