A lot of DVR and channel guides were showing it as being on at 4pm not 8pm, and a lot of DVRs didn’t record it either. Saw a lot of comments yesterday from people who missed it/tuned into the wrong show.

We had Dynamite on on ITV4 last night and it was one of the segments my wife liked most. It was Roddy, Timeless Toni Storm, The Acclaimed, and the OC/Hook interview for her. She likes it when wrestling leans into how silly it is. At the same time she was properly invested when Adam Cole didn't answer MJF's phone call. That storyline particularly can have drama and stupidity!

I don't mind silly and if people enjoy it then that's cool, just something about these Strong and tbh even the recent Storm segments, that isn't working for me.

It all feels forced, to me.

I think Strong’s fantastic, but I’m kind of with you on Storm. Perhaps she’ll prove me wrong, but it feels like a very one-note gimmick - I suspect it’ll wear thin quickly. That’s why I think they should strike while the iron is hot with her, but that’s rarely Tony Khan’s style.

I actually enjoyed the Storm match, just not the skits.

The gimmick works better in the ring, imo. Plus the commentary made everything better.

Even by wrestlings low standards I find the MJF/Cole/Roddy stuff embarrassing, it's WWE level comedy. Even the psychology behind Max acting as a face can't stop me from fast forwarding him.

Matching their thirty minute commercial free start, adding a ten minute overrun, announcing a thirty minute Buy-In show with Eddie Kingston vs. Minoru Suzuki and then dropping this bomb. Chads like Hunter and Shawn have no idea what they're dealing with. Life-long IWC shitposter sniffing his way through a birthday bag. There's levels to this shit.
