I don’t like the power that mindset gives to employers over workers. Neither do I, handled the right way. Airing that on social media as a famous personality whilst referring to your 'millionaire husband'? My bar moves a bit. Like everything though, I think perspective is determined by how much you like someone so it's destined to be a circular argument anyway. So I'll shut up. That said, I didn't know she'd trained to be a wrestler and this was a consolation prize. That makes perfect sense, and again good to her for leaving. Just do it quietly. I think maybe the thing I'm annoyed about is social media and the comments sections. Ho hum.

She's partially to blame after leaving for responding to every idiot that mentions her online, but sadly that's just how some people are now and can't just put their phones down. I'm sure it's difficult to stay quiet when you do everything professionally and by the books and then for no reason everyone starts going after you and your husband. Everything else stacks up. But responding to fans with 'millionaire husband' comments is just a bit rank. I get comments sections are provocative, but just rise above it. Don't add to the toxic mess. Paid Members Supremo Posted Sunday at 09:56 AM Paid Members Share Posted Sunday at 09:56 AM I get a lump in my throat every time I think about Cody presenting the belt to his mum and I’ve never met the man. Imagine working closely with him. Being his mate. Probably knowing all the bullshit politics that almost took that moment away from him. I’d be crying my eyes out. Paid Members JLM Posted Sunday at 09:56 AM Paid Members Share Posted Sunday at 09:56 AM (edited) Yeah both she and Ricochet are too online for their own good, though I don’t know if I’d do much better in their position. As I’ve got older I manage to stick to my rule of never ever responding to YouTube comments or Facebook trolls or tweeting anything ever. However, if there was a flood of shitty comments every day aimed at me and my family I might start tweeting up a storm if they caught me at a bad time. Think I’d probably have to get someone to manage my social media accounts on my behalf and tell them to never ever give me the password no matter how furious I got. Edited Sunday at 10:12 AM by JLM

I've cried plenty of times at wrestling over the years and I don't know any of them personally. It's like Xavier when Kofi won the big one. This stuff might be pre determined but there are massive moments that mean a hell of a lot to people. Acting like a real human being is not a negative. You can never, ever win. 99 times out of 10 it's either going to be a bot, a troll or someone so entrenched in their position they'd say the sky was green if you said it was blue. Comments sections should be banned. Edited Sunday at 10:22 AM by d-d-d-dAz

What was she crying for? I don’t like her announcing style at all but that was one bit that felt genuine and I enjoyed. A call that will stick with me actually. Surprised anyone found it ridiculous, I thought it was widely praised even by those who don’t enjoy Samantha.
Merzbow
Always thought that she was somewhat inspired by Lenne Hardt from Pride FC, she's someone I'm surprised hasn't done more pro wrestling other than some New Japan once or twice. Vamp
I feel like people are glossing over the statement that Ricochet is a millionaire. Seriously, how much was he on in WWE?
