A few boxing journos on X have claimed that Fury vs Joshua could be off. Apparently Turki wants Dana to be the promoter, and Joshua/Hearn have it in their contract that he can't be. 

Replacement fights rumoured are Crawford vs Garcia and Fury vs Benavidez. 

What a shitshow.

I actually hope Hearn and AJ stick to their guns on this. Fuck Dana. I’d rather the fight never happen than him be “involved”, which basically means him getting paid big money to just stand there at the press conference and weigh in, despite doing fuck all of the leg work to either a) ever get the fight made (he’s actually done the opposite and hindered it) or b) have anything to do with either fighter’s career. It’s fucking pathetic how desperately Dana wants to have his name attached to something he’s got zero to do with. I accepted a long time ago that AJ vs Fury was probably never gonna happen. Makes no odds to me anymore if it doesn’t. If Hearn and AJ end up binning the whole thing just to spite Dana, I’m fine with that.  Fuck the fat, childish, miserable piece of shit. Let this be a lesson to him that he doesn’t have to be, and can’t, be involved in absolutely everything.

Turki as well. Bollocks to him an’ all. The honeymoon period with him was never gonna last and he’s played just as big a part, if not bigger, in causing problems with this fight this time. He made a few big fights that we might have never seen without his money, but that was never gonna last and now they’re fucking everything up. Not saying Hearn’s squeaky clean. He’s a promoter. They’re all snakes. But I think he’s in the right on this one. And if it’s in AJ’s contract and he doesn’t wanna cave to their demands and change the contract they all initially agreed to, I actually respect that.

Shambles on all fronts. Coppinger’s a waste of space as well. Just shamelessly sucks off whoever’s signing his cheques. Him and Kellerman have been the biggest shills for Turki, Dana, TKO, Zuffa ever. Best thing Coppinger’s ever been involved with was Bob Arum telling him to shut the fuck up and Luke Thomas ripping him apart verbally for about five minutes straight and calling him a “fucking whore”.

It's exceptional that all the 'journalists' and pundits reporting this, with an often completely un-subtle anti-Matchroom position, are the usual bought-and-paid-for suspects.

Coppinger is never a phone call away from Turki (and formerly Bob), Glaser never more than a whatsapp away from Queensberry.

It's a little bit harder to defend Eddie now the fight has been moved, but fuck it. A contract is a contract, and a Dana is a dickhead.

I'm currently watching the Queensbury show on DAZN. There is a boxer whose nickname is Kurdish KO King. I'm not sure about the initials of that if I'm honest.
