A lad I know is always going on about how magical and amazing his kid is never ceasing to share every positive thing anyone has ever said about them. A real twat. Anyway he is always banging on about how David Walliams is their favourite author and how they love reading those books together and going to meet and greets etc. Always struck me as odd that a lad who’s otherwise right on and is very online would nail his colours to the mast of a very well known unconfirmed wrongun.

Anyway, I’ll take no joy in the actions of that nobhead Walliams but we can all take comfort in knowing that the annoying little genius kid and their gloating dad has one less thing to bang on about!

His books are fucking terrible.  My kid getting old enough to want to read on his own at night was a bittersweet milestone, but it was a relief to not have to read any of that tripe anymore.

My wife works in publishing and this has been an open secret for years. They're all sending eachother ecstatic messages that it's finally being made public. Everyone in the industry fucking loathes him because his books are shite and he's from all accounts a vile, horrible cunt who has been preying on women for years. The amount of NDA's around him is huge.

The most openly manipulative person I've ever seen.

I was accused of being homophobic for saying this, despite having an anti homophobic statement around a rainbow flag fucking tattooed on me.

Not by one of the two gay men or one gay woman who were in my work company but by a Uber educated, life experience deficient cunt who was shouted down by the three folk I previously mentioned.

This was in care and her fuck type poisons my profession as well as education and Social Work.

Rant over; this is one of many examples.

Basically the story is that there was a chapter of his autobiography where he described incest with his sister and the publisher took it out and buried it. How true it is I don't know but I have heard it from multiple people in the publishing industry over the years who all heard it from different people and the story has never changed. It's been an open secret for years. Multiple reporters have attempted to write stories on it but his lawyers always get it squashed. Definitely feels like a "no smoke without fire" situation.

The best bit of that story is that he put it in to remove the stigma around incest and when his publishers were explaining to him why they couldn’t publish that bit his reply was “See this is the stigma I’m talking about.” Obviously it gets juicier and more ridiculous the more it gets told but that’s the version I’m choosing to believe.

Anyway, today a colleague described Walliams and Brand as two men being persecuted for being sexually liberal. I pointed out that sexual assault and incest aren’t kinks and his reply was that they’re from a different era. We’re both in our 40’s and he’s clearly pining for the good old days of Ancient Greece.
