Butch and Steve's dogs are so cute. I don't like dogs but they're very cute.

This is Ming - super RetardoCat:

Got up for a pee around 4am one night and had this staring back at me when I put the bathroom light on. Once I scraped myself off the ceiling he hadn't moved so I got my phone and took a photo.

And this is Ming and his boyfriend Jeff:

This is my youngest cat Chase, he is turning two years. This is a pic of him when i first rescued him from outside my house in Aug 2010 when he was about 3/4 months old, he was slightly emaciated, really badly infested with fleas and also a bacterial infection in his intestines. He was on my porch for about 3 weeks being treated/fostered and i just couldnt give him up after

This is Chase a year later: I named him after Chase Utley a baseball player from Philadelphia Phillies and turns out he likes to play ball, chasing the ball and fetch like a dog, so i guess i named him good lol

I always keep meaning to comment on these. Dog is fucking awesome. Some little dogs are shit, but I get the impression that if he wanted to, Dog would fuck you up. He wouldn't look out of place wearing a bowler hat with a stogie sticking out his mouth talking about 'wise guys'.

Ming and his boyfriend Jeff just cheered me up no end!

They do that on a daily basis for me! Except when Jeffrey gets a bit annoyed with me and pisses on my handbag. Done that twice now.
Yuck! I really can't complain when Mix narrowly misses the litter tray!

This is Sheba:

9lg2h5.jpg

Unfortunately she's going to have to be put down within the next week or so.

She's around 14/15 years old, we don't truly know because my mum rescued her from her abusive owner in 1998 and she was anything between 6 months and a year then. Ever since then she's lived a life of relative luxury and has been taken care of very well. In the entire time the family have had her, she's never been ill up until now.

On Friday morning I went to take her for her morning walk and she couldn't even stand up, she was sick everywhere and didn't have a clue who I was. After a trip to the vets they've said its pretty much Canine Peripheral Vestibular Syndrome but she also had a minor ear infection too. She had an injection and seemed to perk up and regain her senses but today she's pretty much gone again. (Mins the sick.) The vets have told me to wait until next Saturday but I don't want to see her suffer no more, if she's still in this state by Wednesday, I'll have to let her go. It pains me to see her not know who I am or not recognise her surroundings.

So sorry to hear that but it doesn't sound severe enough to let her go. Not being a dog owner or expert or anything but it sounds like vertigo with motion sickness?

From what I've read up on it and the vet said, due to her age and breed, it pretty much is the end for her. He explained that its more than vertigo and can't really be cured. He also said that the ear infection wouldn't have made her this ill. I could pay out for pills that will probably give her an extra few months but the likelihood is, she'll never be the same.
