Admin Moo Posted January 2, 2016 Admin Share Posted January 2, 2016 Precinct Seven Five is a jaw dropping tale, the level of corruption is really hard to comprehend. Â Also blasted through Making a Murderer over the Christmas period. Really, really good. Haven't seen The Jinx but will definitely check that out. Â Best documentary I saw in 2015 was Rich Hill, think I recommended it in here previously. Check it out! Â Also enjoyed Florida Man by Sean Dunne, which is free to stream on vimeo, keep meaning to purchase some of his other documentaries:Â http://www.fastcocreate.com/3042415/florida-man-looks-into-the-burned-out-booze-soaked-soul-of-florida
Paid Members Egg Shen Posted January 2, 2016 Author Paid Members Share Posted January 2, 2016 Cheers Moo. I'll bookmark that. Â ...i highly recommend you watch The Jinx. Just get it and watch it, dont read anything about it prior to watching.
Slapnut
I watched the first two yesterday but there was nothing that made me want to come back for 8 more episodes. I'm feeling exactly the same, although I've watched 3 episodes. I'll probably end up watching them all in case it gets better, but I'm not understanding the overwhelming positivity in the slightest. Â Plus, he's definitely guilty.
Moderators PowerButchi Posted January 4, 2016 Moderators Share Posted January 4, 2016 (edited) Hopefully it's not just me that remembers this awesome documentary from the mid-90s (part 1 is below, rest is on YT) - I'm Your Number One Fan! It's about stalkers, and features BLUE TULIP ROSE READ. You must watch. You must. It's insane. Klaus Wagner is one scary dude. Paid Members bAzTNM#1 Posted January 4, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted January 4, 2016 (edited) DON'T CLICK THE SPOILER BUTTON THERE. NOT SAFE FOR WORK! NOT SAFE FOR WORK!  Been watching stuff from the "Dark Side of Porn" season Channel 4 had about 10 years ago. Some of the better ones are below. NOT SAFE FOR WORK! NOT SAFE FOR WORK! NOT SAFE FOR WORK! ... I'll put them in spoiler tags because even the screenshots are dodgy..   "Porn Shutdown. Story of how a HIV scare closed the industry" - "The REAL Animal Farm". Dodgy one about that dodgy animal porn film of the 80s and the story of the person in it - - "Story of Debbie Does Dallas". Story of the infamous porn film. "Hunting Emmanuelle". Documentary about the Emmanuelle films and them trying to find Sylvia Kristel -   Probably the best ones there. It's one of those stories that made me wanna go and read further into the case though. After finishing it and reading up on it I'm 90% sure that  he did it but the police stitched him up to make sure he didn't get away with it

Moderators PowerButchi Posted January 18, 2016 Moderators Share Posted January 18, 2016 A 1992 documentary about Radio 1. Super cringeworthy. Â
Ars
Anyone watch the Jihadi's Next Door on channel 4 tonight? In all its seriousness it was like a real life Four Lions, proper mental and funny stuff, well worth a watch, despite the subject matter at its core.
