Paid Members FLips Posted August 17, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted August 17, 2015 Having met Peter Molyneux I am entirely convinced he's a chancer who's never done a day's work in his life.
Paid Members Jaffa Posted August 18, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted August 18, 2015 So, just played SNES Theme Park for 5 hours, sold my park for £2m and got a save code.  I reset the game to check the code and IT DIDN'T FUCKING WORK!  I love that game but it's so frustrating. Retro Red
If you're retro gaming a lot, get a retron 5. Plays off the carts, uses original controllers and because it's emulation based it supports save states.

Abe_Knuckleball_Schwartz
Hi all, been advised to ask this here, rather than the questions thread. Â I have just recently purchased a modified original/classic Xbox, full of emulators, including Coinops 7. However, I am having issues setting the controls for the Commodore 64 emulator can anyone offer any assistance? I am using the original Xbox controller. Merzbow
 ==================== Controller Remapping ==================== Configuration -> Configure ControllersThere are 32 general/all-purpose emulator "buttons" or actions. Each of thesebuttons can be assigned a specific emulator action. For example, Emu Button 1 can be A, or B, or DPad Down, etc. These "emu buttons" can then be assigned XBox triggers. For example, Emu Button 1 (which you have mapped to, for example, A) can be triggered by XBox controller button B. The default button mappings should provide enough information on how the system works and how it can be used.  That may help if the emulator is named Vice64X, might wanna read through this post too. http://digiex.net/downloads/download-center-2-0/xbox-original-content/emulators/13727-vice64x-v8-download-commodore-64-emulator-xbox.html  How are you finding the other emulators? I bought an old Xbox for a tenner and am thinking about modding it myself.

I am really enjoying it, coinops is a great emulator and most, if not all of the games run smoothly, just like the originals. The one I purchased came with a 750gb Hard Drive so it has about 40-50 xbox games on it as well, it will certainly keep me entertained over the winter months! Merzbow
The original Xbox is awfully underappreciated, I didn't have proper access to a PC so being able to play games like KOTOR, Champo, Half Life 2 and Morrowind was amazing and as a fan of the Dreamcast I was chuffed that Sega had a decent relationship with Microsoft. The only minus points were the lack of a good wrestling game and the lack of other Japanese developers getting on board.
Paid Members Surf Digby Posted October 3, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted October 3, 2015 Wrestlemania 21 isn't too bad. It's not as good as the Smackdown games of that time, but it's certainly more playable than either of the Raw games.
Retro Red
Fantastic work scratch, that's something I've always fancied giving a go. Looks really well finished as well.

Paid Members BigJag Posted October 4, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted October 4, 2015 That's very cool. You've made a very professional job of that. What screen/display have you used?
Paid Members BigJag Posted October 4, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted October 4, 2015 It really is nice. You should do a build guide. What did it cost you?
Paid Members Arch Stanton Posted October 4, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted October 4, 2015 I'm blown away by how good that looks Scratch! I don't believe for a minute that you've never made anything before! It looks completely professional. Whatever it has cost you to do it, I'd wager you could make a healthy profit should you decide to make a few more to sell!
gbacon85
That is so cool. Be honest, how mad did your missus go?
