Best band in the world. There's very few bands left on my "bucketlist" to see at this point. Propagandhi are one of them, weirdly never seen them. Quote

I managed to see them at Birmingham Irish Center when 'Todays Empires Tomorrows Ashes' came out (4ft Fingers supported), but I haven't seen them since then! They are lining-up a few European festival dates at the moment, so hopefully they venture over here too. Quote
Members SuperBacon Posted March 10, 2025 Members Posted March 10, 2025 This sounds fantastic. Loads of bands over various venues. Expensive mind, the Leeds one is showing just over 80 quid. Quote
cobra_gordo Posted March 11, 2025 Posted March 11, 2025 Having the stage times on the website before tickets even go on sale is something all festivals should do as how many times do you see a clashfinder the week before and realise you're not going to see a bunch of bands. Currently mulling over whether it's worth £80 for me to pretty much just go and watch Modern Life Is War and Comeback Kid. Quote

Only concern I'd have is the venue filling up for someone you really want to see and being turned away (ever the catastrophiser!) Quote

When they used to run Slam Dunk there across multiple venues within the building a lot of time was spent queuing to get in to the smaller rooms and missing bands that way. You'd have to get there at least one band before you wanted to watch in some cases or you were shit out of luck. I had to watch This Time Next Year from a hallway once, that was shit. Quote
wordsfromlee Posted March 21, 2025 Posted March 21, 2025 Gel have announced they’re splitting up due to their ex-guitarist royally fucking them over. Gutting as they were looking like they were going to go on to big things. Quote
Paid Members Egg Shen Posted March 23, 2025 Author Paid Members Posted March 23, 2025 Ahhh needed a bit of this. The Haunted have dropped a new song, the first since 2017. Some proper One Kill Wonder-era vibes from this. Easily one of my favorite metal bands around the early-mid 00's. Lovely stuff. Quote
cobra_gordo Posted March 24, 2025 Posted March 24, 2025 I always preferred Peter Dolving's vocals to Marco's and there was something special about how the Bjoler's worked together but still, I fucking love The Haunted and this has certainly got me excited for more new music from them. Quote
Paid Members Egg Shen Posted March 24, 2025 Author Paid Members Posted March 24, 2025 Ahh i'm the opposite. Like Aro's more straightforward approach. Still, I like and appreciate both. Quote
cobra_gordo Posted March 26, 2025 Posted March 26, 2025 A bunch more bands have been announced for Arctangent including some band called Swamp Coffin. Quote
Members SuperBacon Posted March 26, 2025 Members Posted March 26, 2025 On the best day as well IMO! Adebisi Shank is such a sick band name. Quote

CTXRussomark Posted March 26, 2025 Posted March 26, 2025 Seemingly in response to a long-running joke on social media, Download have just announced the Vengaboys will be performing in District X (the area only accessible to campers) this year. Absurd but I'll bet they actually go down really well as a bit of light relief. Quote
Cannibal Man Posted March 26, 2025 Posted March 26, 2025 that'll be good for Sleep Token fans to experience and see where the sound originated Quote
