Merzbow
Immolations new album entitled Majesty and Decay came out during the week, i'm only on track 2 but it's sounding awesome. One of the few Death Metal bands that never went totally bollocks after a few years. Â Typical fast, harsh pounding sound with some damn sexy riffs. Hope it keeps going like this. King of Hamptons
Anyone got the new Fear Factory Album? I really likes it it got a old school Demanufacture sound to it, and is heavy as a obese Rhino Edited March 13, 2010 by Kueller

If only for the fact they play that mammoth that is Jane Doe, i've seen them 3 times and ive never seen them play that. They best had in Manc. Im stoked for Kylesa too, not heard the other supports

SteveJames
Went to Edguy with White Wizzard as support at the Cathouse last night. Not the biggest fan of power metal but I was blown away by the energy of Tobi and the band, White Wizzard look very promising as a throwback band with a strong single in Over The Top. David
What's your opinion of the Cathouse as a gig venue in general?
Bohan
I've been listening to this old classic loads this week...   Fucking badass!  Saw Katatonia play at Hammerfest this past weekend! Gutted that I missed the majority of the set, got confused with the setlist times and thought Devildriver were playing at that point. SteveJames
What's your opinion of the Cathouse as a gig venue in general? Â Pretty tight, decent sound although it was hard to hear the lyrics clearly at times. Only things that bugged me were the 14 year olds being pit heroes and the pillar on the right of the stage as you face it but other than that its a decent venue, been there a few times before for gigs.
