TheShowOff
Has Orton ever had a "Classic" match? The one with Foley at Backlash was a blinder, and I can't remember him being better than that...

DeanoTheGame
I thought his Iron Man match with Cena was one of the best of that particular year. Blinding match.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V0YiBMMkL4Q  That was a great match. Far from classic though.
Paid Members Mike Castle Posted July 7, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted July 7, 2013 I think my favourite Orton moment is managing to injure himself doing his "smash forearms into canvas" moment.

Paid Members garynysmon Posted July 7, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted July 7, 2013 The back issues of the Observer have reached April 1996. Read this line from the questions section sent in by a reader: Yes, Buh Buh Ray Dudley is a silly gimmick, but it's a low card comedy gimmick as it should be. If Buh Buh was in WCW, he'd be pushed to the top as a monster heel and be put in a program with Hulk Hogan. Â Move forward 17 years ... Â And he's been mostly great. Paid Members wandshogun09 Posted July 7, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted July 7, 2013 Orton vs Shawn Michaels from Survivor Series 2007 was awesome. That was a classic for me. The Foley match from Backlash whatever year it was was great as well. Haven't seen enough of him post-2009ish to comment on his more recent stuff. Paid Members air_raid Posted July 7, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted July 7, 2013 Orton vs Shawn Michaels from Survivor Series 2007 was awesome. That was a classic for me. Â That was absolutely brilliant storytelling because of the "no superkicks" stip. Finish was superb. Exactly the kind of match Orton needed to have given the relative nonsense of his previous couple of PPV outings. Seriously, the "three title changes" booking of No Mercy was really silly, in my eyes. Â I personally thought there was something very compelling about the Orton/Cena submission match at Breaking Point. Actually at times I felt slightly uncomfortable watching it. It was unhinged, psychotic Orton at his best.
Paid Members IANdrewDiceClay Posted July 7, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted July 7, 2013 (edited) I think Orton's the best TV wrestler they have. Might not be their best worker overall, but if you want someone to have a TV match who can chop it up into sections and pace it properly, he's awesome at it. He's got all the stalling spots and the facial expressions that the audience love when watching at home. I always thought Scott Hall had weekly TV wrestling down far better than he did on PPV. His TV matches were always great. Master of the squash as well. Â He's very much like Scott Hall in terms of his position on the card. He's not good enough to be Shawn Michaels and he's to good to be Shane Douglas. Edited July 7, 2013 by IANdrewDiceClay
King Pitcos
In a lot of ways, Orton's a great wrestler. But 99 times out of 100, he's not at all interesting. He can't talk a single soul into a building, and he knows that. He can't make his matches seem important. When WWE protect him from his limitations (like putting him with an opponent who can do the lion's share of the build-up), he can be fantastic. But it's very rare they bother, and it'd be even rarer to do that at the very top level. He can't do Cena's job, and they can't write a decent Orton-as-top-babyface story that works around what Orton can do. It'd be too much rigmarole. Combine that with his Wellness strikes, and Orton's not likely to be the top man. Edited July 7, 2013 by King Pitcos

Paid Members IANdrewDiceClay Posted July 7, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted July 7, 2013 (edited) This is like those porn conventions, where you can get a picture of Gianna Michaels squeezing you testicular sack. Her legal fees must have crippled her to be doing something like this. You can get a blowjob from Kit Lee in our town centre for that much. Why would you spend all that money to wrap your arms and legs around someone an old bird like this? I'd want more for my money than that. Â Gladstone will know far more about this type of stuff than me. Gladders, how far can we expect Sunny to go when this spooning for cash drys up? Will she finish people off for a few extra quid? She s financially finished, legally knackered and completely on the end of her rope. She's like an old porn actress willing to do anything, it looks like. Paid Members Devon Malcolm Posted July 7, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted July 7, 2013 She said on her YouShoot that she and her boyfriend were going to do a hardcore sex video if they could get enough money for it. She did some racy stuff for Missy Hyatt's site as well. Wouldn't put it past her! Â So to speak.
