Jessops can do the 7x7 it seems, but can't seem to find a site that can do the 11x14... (I also need 8x10s, but everywhere does those so that's not the issue). Have a look at oddprints, they can work out pricey because they essentially just print your image on the nearest size sheet it will fit on so you're basically paying for a lot of wasted space. The Cuban Boys put the full theme onntheir website so you'd need to edit that down to match the overdubbed one. First you need to save the discs to your PC or Mac, individually by episode. Then get something like Streamclip to extract the audio so you have a MPEG and a AAC stream. Then get the ffmeg plugin for audacity to open the AAC file. Look at the audio file and pin point where the overdubbed theme starts and finishes then open up the edited Cuban boys real theme and make sure it time matches as much as possible. Once you've done and the new theme is in place of the old one save it as AAC again. Then get a muxing programming and mix the MPEG and AAC together. If done correctly you'll get everything in sync, but there might be some audio delays/sync issues otherwise. But if everything matches 100% it will work. Otherwise you could try using fix timecode breaks which might fix it. I've got the Still Game boxset and didn't realise til later there was a overdubbed generic theme.
