Paid Members I Bent My Wookie Posted May 21 Paid Members Posted May 21 Details coming out that Kaiser was arrested yesterday on a battery charge after an altercation with a male in Florida from an incident stemming back to April. Bail bond was paid late last night and he's been released. The report I've read on NoDQ.com from the affidavit states that Kaiser and a woman were "uncontrollably intimate" in a lift and the claimant asked them to have some manners when leaving Kaiser has assaulted him, pushed him to the ground then further threatened him. Its not good on his part in multiple instances. There ia CCTV of the incident which shows a man attacking the accuser, who later identified Kaiser from a photo line up. If he hasn't mentioned that he was being investigated, or didn't know, there's scope for issues there too. Would I be right in assuming if he's booked on bail he wouldn't be allowed to leave the country? Which puts a huge issue on the mask vs mask match in less than 2 weeks in Mexico. All round just sounds an incredibly stupid situation for him to be involved in. Quote

burchybabi Posted May 22 Posted May 22 Read further reports that the guy making the complaint had said to Kaiser & his girlfriend that they better be careful or he would report her to ICE which led to the scuffle between them but apparently no punches were thrown. Also Kaiser’s legal team have had to put through a request to allow him to continue to travel to Mexico etc. Quote
