I haven't heard Cliff out in the wild - Mistletoe and Wine or Saviour's Day - this holiday season. As if we needed more proof this country has gone to shit.

I was just ranting to my mum the other day how I don't want to hear Christmas songs until the last week in November. Fuck you, Liv!

Give it chance, it's only the 6th of November.

Remember, the Christmas season doesn't officially start until the first person complains on Twitter about the radio censoring Fairytale of New York.

And then we get all of the 'hilarious' alternative lyrics, none of which will ever top "You scumbag, you maggot, you taped over Taggart."

I heard that somewhere. I wonder whether Mike Read wrote it for him.

Cliff's allegedly doing a reggae version of the Lord's Prayer this year. Though having done extensive*

* I looked for 20 seconds on Google

Research on the topic, I can't find anything substantiating it beyond shitty AI YouTube videos.

The bigger crime than releasing a Christmas song in early November is that instead of rhyming “Ma and Pa” with “Daughter-in-Law” she has instead made up the term “In-Law Daughter” to rhyme with “Mother and Father”.

I eagerly await her contacting me for advice for the next album before she makes any further blunders.
