If ever one was in with a shot, it's that one. I seem to recall there was a poll shortly after about greatest British hero or something that QPR fans hijacked and Pollock won with about 80% of the vote.
SuperBacon
There's a very decent Lee Dixon one as well. Â

Paid Members Devon Malcolm Posted April 16, 2023 Paid Members Share Posted April 16, 2023 @Frankie Crisp Does it count if you post one from your own team but it's scored for the other team? Because....

I think it's entirely fitting that in a season where Spurs were genuinely in the running for all 3 trophies, that it ultimately ended up trophyless to that goal. Keith Houchen
Skip to the 57th second to see former Cov top shagger Noel Whelan score an own goal against Cov.  To make matters worse/better, this was on his birthday.

Paid Members Devon Malcolm Posted April 19, 2023 Paid Members Share Posted April 19, 2023 Gignac living his best life in Liga MX while pundits cry about him 'wasting his career' is one of my favourite things in football. He's scored a ton of great goals there, too, none better than this. Â

Paid Members garynysmon Posted April 21, 2023 Paid Members Share Posted April 21, 2023 (edited) It was for the opposition, but this is probably the best goal I've ever seen in person (probably even beats Hal Robson Kanu v Belgium in Euro 2016 which I was there for as well). Lee Beattie for Prestatyn against Bangor in the Welsh Premier. Â We still won 3-1 so I didn't care too much.
