New wrestling TV show

[The Reverend]

Couldn't see this posted anywhere else (apologies if it has and I've missed it) and there doesn't seem to be a 'minor news' thread anymore.

A new TV show about the world of wrestling is coming to Starz (I liked their King of Harlem series)

https://m.imdb.com/title/tt6554240/

A bit from the IMDB, but a few pics of a grubby looking arena set have been released today. May be worth a look......

Cant imagine it'll be better than BBC's Rumble featuring Lesley Joseph and Brian Glover.

But will it be better than Walk Like A Panther?

[BomberPat]

It's starring Stephen Amell, and CM Punk is involved in some capacity, written by the same guy who's written the Loki series.

[Keith Houchen]

Plus Frank Sobotka is in it.

Thank fuck, thought it was another promotion for a minute. The absolute last thing anyone needs.

It's probably another AEW show in disguise.

Saw the title and thought that Nigel McGuiness’ show had finally been picked up

I used my unlimited card to see it and still felt ripped off. I felt bad for the cast. Cracking people in that film but the script just forgot to put any laughs in.

Not sure but will not come close to Russell Madness.

Oliver Queen vs. a Jack Russell is the match that Wrestlemania 37 is missing.

[Thunderplex]

It’s not a Len Davies production so it can fuck off.

Be better if it was Len Goodman....
