I'm very happy with that! I tried to secure my friend's company box for this fight and he'd already used his allocation for some shitty show in November or something! Now I'll be able to be at the February fight most likely.

i know moaning about posters is petty, but that literally looks like they've taken two different posters and stuck them together.

Not a fan of shows being announced without opponents either. Frank Warren did that recently, announced a whole card of fighters without a single opponent, they got hammered for it.

Canelp already won a belt at Light Heavy so makes sense to skip and try to pick up another belt against arguably the weakest champion in the Cruiserweight division.

yeh, people were under the impression that he may go and try to unify at Light Heavyweight next.

The reaction is mixed, some thinks Canelo has hand picked an easy touch to win a belt in another division. Others are commending Canelo for having one hell of a sack on him.

Im in the latter camp.

No chance, he doesn't want any of Artur Beterbiev at Light-Heavyweight.

The Cruiserweight division has changed now from the limit of 200lbs to 190lbs so that will help him a lot and he is going for the weakest champion in the division without doubt and a guy who got sparked out by Tony Bellew, which I think for most speaks for itself.

If i had clenbuterol in my system I'd like to think I'd be as ballsy to do what he is doing and cherry picking the weak champions, who I can jump up to face without facing anyone else in that division from the offset. He will win and then move back down without defending the belt or depending on who holds the belt in the heavyweight division, he may well if there's a real weak champion in the future try and push his luck and make the last jump.
