King Pitcos
Saxton is such an odd one. Because he's on both shows so he must be there for a reason but all the other commentators ignore him 99% of the time and the 1% of the time they acknowledge him it's to belittle him. Even at the start of the show where they have the camera on them the guy in the middle always faces way from him. And when he does actually say anything it's the most generic thing possible and very rarely does anyone reply to him. On top of that it's not clear what his role is supposed to be. He's neither play by play or colour. So very strange. Â Meltzer reckons it's because he's black. Â

Paid Members herbie747 Posted February 10, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted February 10, 2016 During Vince's steroid trial, where he sacked guys like Davey Boy & Warrior for failing tests - why did he bring in someone like Luger (and Sid?), when the MO at the time was supposed to be less jacked guys? The Reverend
Sid was long gone by the time Vince got rid of Warrior and Davey Boy. And by the Luger came in, although he was quite bug he was nowhere near the size he'd been in WCW or in that WM VIII interview. I guess with Luger he could also have used the excuse that he had been in the WBF so that's why he was on the big size

Paid Members bAzTNM#1 Posted February 10, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted February 10, 2016 (edited) Luger was never clean around that time. I'm sure there was an "unofficial" WBF article floating around explaining the whole thing. Edited February 10, 2016 by bAzTNM#

Pinc
To those who've heard it - do we reckon Kanye is referring to Stone Cold on his new album when he mentions 'Steve Austin' on Freestyle 4? The lads at Genius.com do, but he could of course be referring to the Six Million Dollar Man.    I've been outta my mind a long timeI've been outta my mind a long timeI know, I know, I shouldn’t even botherWith all these gossiping, no-pussy-getting bloggersFashion show in Gotham, I need another costumePETA's mad cause I made a jacket outta possumAwesome, Steve Jobs mixed with Steve Austin

Rule One
Which belt is Thunderlips wearing, in Rocky 3? It was a custom belt made by Reggie Parks for the movie, the main-plate shape went on to be modified and most notably used for the WWF World Heavyweight title, (1984 and 1985.) the AWA World Tag-Team titles and NWA World Television title. Hogan still has the belt. Edited February 14, 2016 by Rule One
