Loki
the mainstream media outlets been advised not to touch the story due to a D Notice  Proof? The journalists I've spoken to about the case have not mentioned a D notice!  That's when a story is suppressed for reasons of national security. I'd say the chances of a D notice being served for a case like this are roughly 0%.
Paid Members SiMania Posted March 23, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted March 23, 2011 From wikipedia  A DA-Notice or Defence Advisory Notice (called a Defence Notice or D-Notice until 1993) is an official request to news editors not to publish or broadcast items on specified subjects for reasons of national security. The system is still in use in Britain.  In Britain, the original D-Notice system was introduced in 1912, run as a voluntary system by a joint committee headed by an Assistant Secretary of the War Office and a representative of the Press Association. D-Notices and DA-notices are a request and not legally enforceable and consequently news editors can in theory choose to ignore them. However, they are generally complied with by the media.[1] In 1971, all existing D-Notices were cancelled and replaced by standing D-Notices that gave general guidance on what could be published and what could not, and what would require further advice from the secretary of the Defence, Press and Broadcasting Advisory Committee (DPBAC). In 1993, the notices were renamed DA-Notices. As of 2008, there are five standing DA-Notices:[2] DA-Notice 01: Military Operations, Plans & Capabilities DA-Notice 02: Nuclear and Non-Nuclear Weapons and Equipment DA-Notice 03: Ciphers and Secure Communications DA-Notice 04: Sensitive Installations and Home Addresses DA-Notice 05: United Kingdom Security & Intelligence Special Services On 8 April 2009, the Government issued a DA-Notice in relation to sensitive anti-terror documents photographed when Assistant-Commissioner Bob Quick arrived at Downing Street for talks about current intelligence.[3] On 25 November 2010, the Government issued a DA-Notice (types 1 and 5) in relation to sensitive documents expected to be imminently released on the website WikiLeaks.[4][5][6]

Loki
It doesn't. It doesn't even state that there was any sexual abuse, just that she had an "issue" vaginally, one possible cause of which could have been abuse. There were other possible causes. Â And on that document rests the whole case. So basically, Robert Green is lying in that video when he presents his "facts". Â Again, I urge anyone with a passing interest in this case/thread to read this: Â http://www.annaraccoon.com/madeleine-mccan...n-hollie-greig/ Â Someone who's spent a considerable amount of time pursuing some actual facts on the case. It clears up a lot of questions, though not enough to convince Duane, sadly.
Loki
In fact, here's the document itself, on which all the allegations of abuse rest: Â http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_9NU5fJ7cJ3Q/Swi9...Fo/s1600/Z1.jpg

Dynamite Duane
The last paragraph there is the crucial one. Â The way I see it is we have 2 contradictory statements. One saying she was most likely abused and one saying there is lack of evidence to convict anyone. Worthy of note no one has stood on trial here regards the alleged abuse, yet Robert Green is continued to be summons to court. No one has been brought to justice on any of this, including those who broke into Anne and Hollie's home. Â If those accused of child abuse are not guilty then they have nothing to fear and should want to clear their names and should take Robert Green and Anne Greig to court to for slander. Â Edge Media interviewed Robert Green last Thursday, with a full update.
