Moderators PowerButchi Posted January 4, 2016 Moderators Share Posted January 4, 2016 I fancy the USA's Larry Butler to take it this year. Got him E/W at 40s. Performed well in the Grand Slam, final of the Masters.
PRINCE2356
That japanese lad looked half decent vs the lithuanian yesterday. Â 2 comedy moments have come from the womens matches: Â The reigning and defending torremilinos open champ - did she just challenge people sun lounger by sun lounger. Â The old lass vs trina gulliver trying to play up to the crowd for a bullshot whilst gulliver has a face like thunder in the background. Keith Houchen
Smelly cunt, I hate that prick. He left it far too late to blame the crowd.
jimufctna24
I think Durrant will win it. There was a recent tournament where he was chucking 100 plus averages, which is a rarity on the BDO circuit. Adams will always have a chance.  My old man told me over the weekend that he's backing Big Robbo. I haven't a clue why.
Moderators PowerButchi Posted January 5, 2016 Moderators Share Posted January 5, 2016 Because he's been there plugging away so long the law of averages says he has to win it one day. I like Robbo though, to be honest. A good servant to the game.
jimufctna24
O'Shea is my favourite in the BDO. Simply because no one has a bad word to say against him.
Ian 86
Adams looked really good in the Grand Slam recently, I'd love to see him win it again. Â Ted Hankey can fuck right off. Â On a PDC note (boo! hiss!), what a great tournament the World Championship was this year. Top quality, close games, big upsets, quality final, and a top class champion. Â Roll on Premier League. Keith Houchen
Delighted to see Adams dumped out, and Robbo going was a surprise. My old mark Mark McGeeney is through. True story, when I played youth with him, he once insisted that he had changed him name to Mark Lee because he wanted to be Bruce Lee. Paid Members tiger_rick Posted January 5, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted January 5, 2016 I know we don't need to hammer home how shit the BDO is but there was a 58 dart leg today. Fifty-fucking-eight. One of them threw 30 darts.

Moderators PowerButchi Posted January 5, 2016 Moderators Share Posted January 5, 2016 Robbo going was a surprise.  I don't think I've ever seen him win to fair. A stawart, a fine servant, but dire. But not as bad as the Swedish lad with his 72 average against your mate McGeeney. He looked like he had more in him did McGeeney, he didn't need to use it today though obviiously. Jeff Smith looked sharp as fuck though.
jimufctna24
Amazingly, John "The Boy" Walton's game wasn't bad.  I recall Robbo beat a teenage MVG in 2007. His game today was fucking dreadful though. I didn't see Ted's game the other night, so Robbo's game is probably the worst I have seen so far.  Mind you, Robbo did have a broken nose from falling off a hoverboard. Â Good arrows! Â For some reason, that made me think of Peter Ebdon's legendary 12 break that took over 5 minutes.
