I did read a review of Dynamite that suggested that TK, Don Callis and Kenny obviously had a good few discussions about Andrade returning and as he was put into a programme with Omega and DC, it at least means he can be kept an eye on at close range initially to see how he blends back in

Off the back of Andrade Quantum Leaping back and forth between promotions, who jumped the most between WWF and WCW back in the day? Or between WWF, WCW and ECW? Or even between WWE and TNA?

Is someone like Sid the record holder?

I’m not sure many wrestlers made multiple jumps between WWE and TNA, but The Hardys come to mind as the most likely candidates for this, although in some situations the jumps between companies weren’t immediate.

Terry Taylor if you're counting backstage.

Depending on how long Hologram is on the shelf, I'm cautiously optimistic that it means they'll move away from some of the sillier aspects of the Clone gimmick and just let Arez be a great luchadore in his own right, because he could easily eclipse Hologram as a wrestler, but the gimmick has a very obvious ceiling on it.

I could only really have seen that story ending in a mask vs mask match, otherwise I don’t really know where you go with the clone character. I also find it hard to imagine them signing someone with such a distinct look and just hiding it away.

Lord knows the Don Callis Family doesn't need any more members, nor does Andrade really need Callis to heat him up (though he does benefit from having a manager, but I'd have found someone else for him)

Pretty much every manager AEW has employed has found their groove, and I’d like to see them find some fresh faces to take up managerial roles. There’s got to be someone out there who would utterly nail the brief.

As far as known quantities are concerned, I wouldn’t be against them signing Karrion Kross and using him in much the same way that MVP is. He’s not the best wrestler on the planet, but he’s an excellent talker, and could really enhance the right wrestler. Brody King comes to mind as a candidate.

What’s Rebel doing these days? She always struck me as a good promo, same goes for The Bunny and Maria Kanellis. Shane Taylor hasn’t found his groove as a wrestler, but he seems solid on the mic, so perhaps he’s an option. Colt Cabana is another one who is decent on the mic, yet doing very little.

Whatever the case, there are surely other options out there who aren’t Don Callis.

Favourite bit of the show: Samoa Joe and Hangman both doing outstanding work heating their story up from nothing to “I really want to see this” in the space of a couple of glances, a quick scrap and two short promos. Two of the best, I’m very happy with that for the title match.

Least favourite bit of the show: Who did these Hollywood (Florida) idiots think they were?! Giving Toni Storm the “what?” treatment? What’s wrong with wrestling fans!

Andrade posting THE CLUES of what his plans are on Twitter. He’s gone full Cody and made A LIST.

I can make out an “M,” a, “W,” and an, “O,” so I’ve guessed the following list.

Kenny Omega ☑️

Make Sammy Guervara cry

Willow Nightingale Women’s Champion

Open Wrestlemania 43 against Rey Fenix

Dustin Runnels?

1988-1989 WCW

1990-1991 Goes to WWF with Dusty

1991-1995 Back to WCW until he gets sacked for blading in the King of the Road match

1995-1999 WWF as Goldust, mostly.

1999-2001 WCW, and stayed under contract until December 2001, when he accepted a buy out...

2002-2003 Back in WWF until contract expires in December 2003.

2004-2005 Cameos in TNA in 2004 and then gets a solid run through 2005...

October 2005- June 2006 WWF again including that bizarre bit where he was supposed to team with Vader to fight Austin for Coach and ended up getting Batista instead...

2007-2008 Back to TNA as Black Reign

2008-2012 Another WWF run including the last two years as an agent. Released in May 2012.

2013-2019 Another WWE run as a wrestler until he asks for his release in April 2019...

2019-   Follows brother Cody to AEW (and ROH!)

So six WWF runs interspersed with jumping to whatever the main 'other' promotion is/was at the time over 5 decades!

A cute detail I’ve enjoyed is that since this is the first time in the history of the character’s life that Pac is wearing human clothes, nothing quite fits him. Both his T-shirt and trousers are way too big. He looks like Will McKenzie dressed in Simon’s Dad’s suit, trying to buy some booze.

I’ve probably asked this before, but have Samoa Joe and Eddie Kingston ever mixed it up? It’s all I can think about after seeing what an incredible job Samoa Joe did, generating huge beef with Hangman out of thin air. Imagine this version of Samoa Joe, who’ll boot off over nothing, walking past Eddie Kingston in a corridor? Those two sharing dirty looks? It’d be instant bedlam! Not since Brian Pillman and Stone Cold would it be so likely that characters might pull a gun on pro-wrestling television!

Looks like they’ve had matches on a few tiny indies, all more than 10 years ago, and were on opposite sides for the ROH/CZW Cage Of Death. I’d be happy to see it, get Eddie out of the Collision phantom zone he already seems to be stuck in.

There's plenty of matches in AEW that Samoa Joe has yet to have and I really wish they'd  get on with it now he's in the latter stages of his career. I'd be heartbroken if Joe calls it a day before getting a chance to have matches with Orange Cassidy, Kingston, Omega, Takeshita, Fletcher, the Young Bucks, Ospreay etc.

Similar to this, the end of Kenny Omega’s career is starting to feel dangerously close considering he still hasn’t had a big singles match with Darby Allin.

I thought this was a fun show, and though the arena wasn't big time, I did think it felt different in a good way. I was loving the crowd as well until they started doing what chants to Toni Storm.

Hangman, Joe and Hobbs vs Moxley, Claudio and JC Ice. Sorry Daniel Garcia. He looked absolutely flipping tiny here in his little shorts and plimsolls. Get on the gas lad. Good match, and Joe got the angle over really well.

Love the clone stuff, it's the best. I don't care if it makes no sense at all. This is MY KIND OF WRESTLING.
