If you watch it and then feel differently about a wrestler, I get it, but as long as it is not impacting the actual wrestling shows, who cares? Yeah, that's fair enough. It's not really canon so doesn't really matter. I just find the blokes whole act a bit insufferable and it's Monday morning so I'm allowed to be a bit grumpy. Hey EW has become a regular part of our Sunday morning viewing, and it's a consistently easy and funny 10 minutes or so. I'll give him a pass for most of the rest of the year for the 'All... That... TAZZZZZ' sign-off that got Taz to crack. It's also incredibly easy to avoid, so I'm not sure why it annoys people who don't have to watch it so much. I mean, this stands for pretty much everything. If Adam Cole pisses people off so much, just fast-forward his segments. I will admit RJ City's line to Eddie Kingston along the lines of 'people say you're one of the most honest wrestlers, how do you fake that?' got a good laugh out of me. And the Taz episode was good, but Taz is always good value in AEW. I just find for every good one-liner there's 10 minutes of tedium. You're actively watching RJ City's output, deciding it isn't for you, and keeping watching every week by choice, despite knowing exactly what it is. I think a talk show segment on Dynamite could work but that’s very WWE, which AEW are despite what they set out to be are. Also yeh fair point about not watching. Such an odd thing to sit through something you don’t find that much enjoyment in and then log into a forum to post about. Plenty of other awesome wrasslin going. Stop making up negative people in your mind, this isn't the first time. With it being the Owen Hart cup and all I'd have thought they'd make nods to his Slammy winning gimmick a little, have an insufferable heel constantly carrying around the trophy and being a glorious dickhead with it. Dynamite's in Baltimore in a few weeks and with them using rappers more and more I'm curious if they'll work more with JPEGMAFIA, he's been in Darby's videos before and has dropped AEW references in his recent albums. Casino Battle Royales, Royal Rampage, Golden Ticket battle royale, Casino ladder match. World Title Eliminator heading into Full Gear (thankfully doesn't look like it's happening this year). They've done plenty of match concepts that entitle a guaranteed title shot, and more often focused just on the Men's World Title. Hasn't really hurt things that much. Winners of the Owen Hart Cup seem pretty worthy of a title shot. They only leaned away from that idea because they wanted winning the tournament itself to seem like the reward. People were asking about it and the usual news sites said the rankings were being de-emphasized. Since All Out there hasn't been any update at all.
