Fog Dude
The results went into the original post on Sunday night, and I updated the table straight after that. Vegeta still leads, but by only a point. He was the joint lowest scorer, but the immediate chasing pack couldn't take full advantage. A quirk of the D2D rules means everyone who voted for anything but a draw got bonus points this time (but I'm comfortable with that rule, because it can punish players who don't back their own side to win). Of the 10 other participants, 9 rightly disagreed with ultimo's bet as Manchester United came unstuck at West Ham. The exception was Rory, who nonetheless remains clear of the bottom 3. Just three people into double figures this week, including best performer Stinky Dad, who was also the only one to get more than one exact scoreline. If @FailedPromoter is indeed giving up, it'll mean the other two people in his FPL Cup group go through automatically, but he's already had his 'cross-pool' match and his first D2D, so those won't be distorted too much. It will cause a tight race between Grecian and Shy Dad to avoid last place as well. As for the remaining games, draws at Selhurst Park and the Philips-Stadion were generally good for one-pointers, alongside a stalemate at St James's. Victories for Burnley, Arsenal and Leipzig proved fruitful too, but home reverses for Chelsea and Everton and a score draw in Frankfurt turned out tougher to foresee. A new set of 10 fixtures will be up in the opening post soon.

Fog Dude
The final scores went into the initial post on Sunday night, and then the table was figured out straight afterwards. A high-scoring week sees a new leader in the shape of top scorer MVP RULZ, who's no stranger to that spot... plus, ominously, he has both his D2D turns still to come. Joint worst performer Vegeta drops to third, level on points with TildeGuy, who have both taken advantage of bets for bonuses so far. Briefcase didn't join them, but he still had a good round as the only player with 3 exact scores. Only 4 of the other 9 participants made the most of his incorrect prediction too. At the opposite end of the standings, it's not clear if @Shy Dad is carrying on, and though FailedPromoter has frozen himself out of the main competition, he remains eligible to try his luck in the FLP Cup. As mentioned, the stalemate at the Wanda Metropolitano caught most people out, but what of the other matches? Well, thumpings victories for Leicester City and Rangers yielded lots of one-pointers, whilst the exact outcomes at Selhurst Park, Goodison Park, Molineux and Getafe proved even more fruitful. Score draws at Villa and Bournemouth were also generally pretty decent for the majority, but a home win for the Accies in our randomly chosen Scottish encounter turned out to be tougher to guess beforehand. A new card of 10 fixtures will be up in the first post shortly.
