The results were put in the opening post on Sunday night.

... aaaand we have a table! With 3 joint leaders for the moment. One of those is this week's outright top scorer, TildeGuy. who's up there sandwiched in between (on alphabetical order) reigning champion Briefcase, and Vegeta. He was the only participant to get more than one exact score right, and once again nobody made it into double figures. The equal worst performers were Grecian and Failed Promoter, which leaves the latter in outright last place, but only by a point. @Stinky Dad didn't play, for whatever reason.

The standings have a slightly updated look, so you can now see for yourself what the mean score for the round was, because I kept forgetting to mention it in these write-ups. Everything is in order with the D2Ds now, by the way, after a bit of prompting.

Why such low scores, then? Well, a late equaliser for the Blades at Dean Court stumped a lot of people, whilst stalemates at Selhurst Park and the King Power weren't much use to most (thank VAR for the second of those). The French full times also caught out a majority, whereas the margin of victory at home for Burnley and Manchester United prevented a lot more three-pointers. Brighton had a big win too, this time on the road, but not many even expected them to triumph at all. It was a case of North London to the rescue, though, as a narrow Arsenal success and a late flurry for Spurs produced the most fruitful outcomes of the weekend.

A new card, including the first D2D of the season, will be in the original post soon.
