King of Hamptons
https://imgur.com/a/cejHcKP.. The Rib of Beef was a success.. Plenty left for some beef, mustard and rocket sandwiches later!
Retro Red
Roast Turkey, Honey & Orange Glazed Gammon, roast potatoes in goose fat with salt & pepper, Honey Mustard roast parsnips, mashed potatoes, pigs in blankets, home made yorkies, home made gravy, mixed veg, pork and orange stuffing and oatmeal stuffing. Knackered, full, happy. Also loads of leftovers for the days to come.

The Maestro
Went to the in-laws for Xmas dinner and it was lovely. I get a free turkey from work every year that's so big it looked like it's mum got rodgered by Godzilla. Had the classics as most would have and camped my pigs in blankets in a mountain of mash. It was truly glorious.
Moderators Chest Rockwell Posted December 26, 2018 Moderators Share Posted December 26, 2018 (edited) Everything went pretty well. Not everything was perfect by it was all good. I'm making a pie out of leftovers now. Edited December 26, 2018 by Chest Rockwell
Paid Members Gus Mears Posted December 26, 2018 Author Paid Members Share Posted December 26, 2018 (edited) Promised extra pictures of the main event yesterday. The thing in the dish is parsnip bake, which is a delight. Currently putting together some turkey and brie panninis with the leftovers. Paid Members I Bent My Wookie Posted December 26, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted December 26, 2018 I genuinely want a UKFF cook book at this point.
Paid Members Chilly McFreeze Posted December 26, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted December 26, 2018 @Gus Mears those Roasties look fucking boss. It’s all about the Bubble & Squeek for me today. Genuinely prefer it to the Christmas Dinner itself.

Paid Members Kaz Hayashi Posted December 26, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted December 26, 2018 Chest, Gus & Chili M, absolutely cracking efforts. Wonderful looking food. Got to agree with Shy Dad and the many of you who’ve said it prior to now, we need a compendium of UKFF food, specifically ingredients, recipes and photos. This thread has been brilliant. Awards Moderator Onyx2 Posted December 26, 2018 Awards Moderator Share Posted December 26, 2018 A zoom in of my spread. Bubble and squeak this morning. Tonight, a turkey risotto with a well of leftover gravy in the middle. Nourishing.
Paid Members Kaz Hayashi Posted December 26, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted December 26, 2018 Risotto leftovers is a great idea. Would never have thought of that.
Paid Members Thunderplex Posted December 27, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted December 27, 2018 Since my Christmas Dinner and countless leftovers, my ..... creations..... have had an unusual dark green tinge to them. Would this be the sprouts? Never had this problem as I avoid the bastards like the plague , but fried them with bacon and chestnuts this year and scoffed a shitload.
