Nobody gives a fuck what colour Sting's hair is.....the fact is he has made his WWE debut and its the biggest thing thats happened in wrestling for years!

I agree with Slapnuts, WWE have got me hooked on their product at the moment...and they are going to have a great few months leading to Mania.

I'm with you here. I've never been this into wrestling since I was in my teens, WWE especially. The Network has been fantastic for me, reliving loads of the older stuff.

Last year's mania will take some topping. It was arguably their best ever.

Or Vince was feeding him lines to say like he does for the announce team.

Yep, there is a section of the audience who wouldn't have known who Sting is, or of what he has done. Not everyone is a twenty thirty something.

Exactly. Anybody born before WCW went under will be a teenager now. There'll be tons of kids wondering who Sting is.

Would I be right in thinking that as his theme is featured on WWE 2k15, the WWE owns the rights to his proper WCW song anyway?

I know there were certain issues with who owned some of the WCW themes during the changeover, but seemingly not this one then.

Mind you, if the WWE were willing to fork out good money for CM Punk and The Undertaker to use a proper band song, they could have done the same for Sting and Metallica anyway.

Just looking at the Twitter top trends in the UK now. #SurvivorSeries, Sting, Ziggler, #TeamCena and then there was #CameronMustGo. At first I thought it was about the WWE diva (which sounds about right after how good she is in the ring) but it was about that plonker that's in charge of our country.

I'm genuinely astounded that Wrestling is popular enough in this country these days, for that to be the case the day after a non-Wrestlemania pay per view. That's certainly not the general impression I get tbh, but fair play.
