From a Kayfabe standpoint Paul Heyman has been in legal proceedings suing WWE so why would WWE want to have a merchandise item made for someone who is suing them to allow that person to make money? It does not make sense. Or have we got to stage that it doesn't matter what happens within the WWE Universe that we have to just accept everyone is a character these days with no proper realism or effort to protect Kayfabe?
