I understood it as the sizes of clothes made in China differ to our sizes. This is a fact. It might even have something to do with their average size after all. The only PPV ever that I can think of to run over its advertised time was WrestleMania 16. I remember a few complaining about some Box Office events with the end being cut off after they had recorded it but it wasn't because the event went over 3 hours it was because the Box Office HD channel used to have the events scheduled to end at 3.45am for some reason. Plus you can go into settings and add an extra 5 or 10 minutes etc to the end of a recording just incase. Last years Survivors Series ran 3hrs on the dot and you never know what might happen with a live Event so I'm just not taking the chance.
