This is going up a bit earlier than usual because I probably won't be free to write it up tonight, and the fixtures for the next round will likely go in the first post a bit later tomorrow as well. The results were there on Sunday night as usual, though.

The table has been updated and TildeGuy leads, having got his D2D bet right, although only 3 other participants actually thought Chelsea would fail to win against the current hapless Arsenal side. Rory had a great week and would otherwise have been top scorer. Shy Dad falls to last place.

I've been in touch with the one remaining person who needs to send me their D2D picks. They have 8 more days to make their mind up.

If you're confused about the other bonuses, they're from the Wildcard match, which was randomly selected as the Wolves v Spurs game this time. Nobody got the exact score, so everybody who got the right result gets one bonus point instead.

I'll bump this with the remaining details when I have a moment to put the next card in the opening post sometime tomorrow.

Apologies for tardiness and for the double post, but the top of the thread has just been updated with the right table link and with this weekend's meetings. You still have at least 72 hours to make your picks, which I hope is more than reasonable. In the case of the two National League matches you've actually got over 5 days, because those divisions actually make use of August Bank Holiday, unlike the lazy professional leagues.

Last time out, victories for Villa, Brighton, Spurs and Lazio proved fruitful, alongside score draws at Elland Road and St Mary's plus a stalemate at Selhurst Park. Another goalless encounter in the Canary Islands and Juve's failure to win, on the other hand, caught most people out.

All participants now have a minimum of two D2D teams assigned to them, so we'll get around to two turns each and perhaps even more later in the season...

It's been a hectic week so far. There are some more busy ones coming up, but with any luck none as crazy as this one so this kind of delay won't happen again. Thanks for your patience, everybody.

The results went into the original post last night and the table has now been updated too. As noted above, Shy Dad got his D2D bet wrong as the match in Shropshire finished goalless. Most other participants correctly disagreed with him to claim their bonuses, but unusually, it didn't leave him either as worst performer or bottom of the standings. By virtue of sitting out the round, @ultimo the great slips into last place, while Briefcase and Rory were joint lowest scorers this time out. At the other end, TildeGuy still leads, but Stinky Dad and MVP RULZ were both into double figures this week and now make up the chasing pack.

Away from The Wrekin, it was a massive mixed bag, although wins on the road for Everton, Leicester and Man Utd plus a narrow home victory in Glasgow did prove somewhat fruitful. Score draws at Villa Park, St James's and The Racecourse weren't too bad either, but West Ham's failure to see off Palace caught everybody cold, producing a dud outcome.

Everybody now has a full quota of D2D choices so thanks again for that, and of course it means nobody's actively getting kicked out as soon as tomorrow. It's an international week next time (I know, I can hear the groans already) and there's no D2D, but we will be starting the FPL Cup. I'm going to make the group stage draw on the basis that ultimo is continuing, but in a way that can be adapted in case he isn't. All will be as clear as mud in the opening post shortly...

EDITED TO ADD: I keep forgetting about the new gimmick! The randomly selected 'wildcard' match was Liverpool v Chelsea, which earned MVP RULZ two extra bonus points for getting the score spot on.

You can probably figure out the FPL Cup groups draw from the initial post now too.
