CavemanLynn Posted April 27, 2021 Posted April 27, 2021 Every time I feel my wrestling snobbery kicking in, I throw on a Mongo match and I'm smiling within minutes. I know he's been giffed into oblivion, but could he wrestle? Yeah, mostly. Was he charismatic, over the top, and fun? Yeah, I should say so. Him and his dog. On the Four Horsemen DVD, I love seeing old Ric light up when talking about him. No doubt his grid iron grit has him in good stead to fight his current fight. Baby. Ain't that prettay?? Quote

I have not seen it to be sure but I'm guessing it's akin to the Mongo character from Blazing Saddles, also played by a fomer NFL star (Alex Karras). Quote
