Paid Members Egg Shen Posted July 19, 2025 Author Paid Members Posted July 19, 2025 Oleksander Usyk is some special shit, what a fighter. Quote
jimufctna24 Posted July 19, 2025 Posted July 19, 2025 I really should stop shitting myself with nerves before Usyk fights. What a guy. Most skilled heavyweight since Ali (if we ignore Roy Jones). Special special talent. Quote
Paid Members wandshogun09 Posted July 19, 2025 Paid Members Posted July 19, 2025 Beautiful. Shame it came at the expense of Dubois. Not nice seeing him get walloped like that but I’m chuffed for Usyk. Hope he retires. Nothing left for him to achieve at this point. 2-0 over Fury, AJ and Dubois? I think his work here is done. Quote
sirdobbo89 Posted July 19, 2025 Posted July 19, 2025 Also hope he retires. He's done it all. Smashed up the top 3 lads and he's done them all twice. Nothing left to prove. Incredible. Quote
Gooner Posted July 19, 2025 Posted July 19, 2025 I've run out of words to describe Usyk now. What a fantastic performance from him again, Quote
Paid Members Egg Shen Posted July 20, 2025 Author Paid Members Posted July 20, 2025 Yeah, i'd happily see Usyk walk-away. Beating the other top 3 Heavyweights in the World twice each is game-completing stuff. I saw Fury posted a clip of himself running post-fight calling out Usyk saying he's 'beaten Usyk twice, the World knows it, and he's gonna do it again'...for such an asisnine comment, I hope he never gets the third fight, berk. Paid Members wandshogun09 Posted July 20, 2025 Paid Members Posted July 20, 2025 (edited) Yeah he’s delusional. He seems to think he should just keep getting rematches until he finally wins one. He could go 0-5 against Usyk, finally scrape a controversial decision win over him and then he’d probably retire (for real this time) at 1-5 vs Usyk claiming that proves he was always the better fighter. It’s laughable. Usyk’s got nothing left to prove and there’s nothing really that feels like a must for him to stick around for. I like Parker but it’s not a fight that needs to happen really. Actually saw people suggesting Wilder but they must be stuck in 2018. No need to see that anymore. Saw Turki on about Itauma but it seems too early and, unless Usyk really wants to stay fighting, I don’t think he needs to wait around for Itauma. His legacy is set and he’s not getting any younger. I don’t wanna see him hang around until age actually does catch up to him. He’s already completed the game of Boxing. Edited July 20, 2025 by wandshogun09 Quote
d-d-d-dAz Posted July 20, 2025 Posted July 20, 2025 (edited) If Frank's feeling feisty, he'll do Dubois v Itauma if Itauma gets through Whyte. Battle of the golden geese. Edited July 20, 2025 by d-d-d-dAz Quote
NeverYield Posted July 20, 2025 Posted July 20, 2025 Usyk is just simply phenomenal, I hope he walks away now, undisputed twice, one of the best to ever do it, Dubois got a fairly decent shot on Usyk in rd5 when Usyk was against the ropes and in immediate response Usyk was like absolutely having none of that, but here you go have this! Right from round 1 Usyk was just timing Dubois and better in every way, and yes Dubois isn't the greatest fighter going but he's improved since 2023 and he can punch, fit strong and in his prime years, and Usyk at 38, who many tipped for points win or late stoppage just took Dubois out like he was nothing. Pac didn't look too bad himself last night for 46. Quote
Paid Members wandshogun09 Posted July 20, 2025 Paid Members Posted July 20, 2025 Turki’s deleted tweet about Tim Tszyu. So sick of this little prick now. Quote
NeverYield Posted July 20, 2025 Posted July 20, 2025 You don't need to fight, or have fought to comment on boxing, everyone can have their opinion, but its comments like that why people get pissed off with people making sweeping statements like that, and then that leads to the shutting down of things that can be constructive criticism. Paid Members wandshogun09 Posted July 20, 2025 Paid Members Posted July 20, 2025 It’s the fact that he’s in a position of power as well that makes his comments bad. Quote
Paid Members Egg Shen Posted July 22, 2025 Author Paid Members Posted July 22, 2025 Reports and footage coming out now of Daniel Dubois having a party at his home with 70+ people hours before the Usyk fight. Also reading that the reason Dubois was late arriving to Wembley was because security would not allow his entourage into the building, a "if they are not allowed in, i'm not fighting" deal. What the fuck Quote

What the fuck I think the important parts you're missing is it was a party his dad threw and Dubois had to leave to go for a drive because he felt uncomfortable being around people he didn't know AND it was his dad who said Daniel wouldn't fight unless they all went in. Stan Dubois is a danger. Quote
