The obvious ones were in there: firearms, frequency jamming, and then my favourite: eagles. As in, the birds. Trialed in the Netherlands but apparently expensive. In some ways that sweet old dear is correct. I would not go as far as hanging, but assuming you have to have at least half a brain to operate these things, then you need a punishment that sends out the message that we really will not appreciate any copycats.
