She didn't give him enough garnish for 2 plates, Jocky saw it and said the same so she started saying they threw half of it away to sabotage her. She said Ramsay was lying so he was saying Jocky saw it too. They do sabotage dishes but they do that later on when they're running the pass to check their quality control. Quote

Also, when they showed the "Customers" coming in for the obviously free food, of course Mick Foley was amongst them. Fucker didn't get a credit or anything, they must have thought the cheap fuck was one of the local freeloaders, which isn't wrong. Quote
