12 Angry Men's is up there.

The stilted interaction is absolutely perfect. Out of that room there is nothing to bind.

Get Carter has a fantastic ending in keeping with the bleak tone of the film.  It's nearly 50 years old but I'll spoiler it and provide a link as the thumbnail is a bit of a giveaway.

The lines from it are repeated and mimicked so often as to make it cliché, but there's still a strong argument for Gone With The Wind.

The Italian Job (original) has one of my favourite endings ever. Also, a second for the Get Carter ending.

One more off the top of my head: The Wrestler. The "how did it end?" ending can often be over-done, but I thought they got it spot-on (same with The Italian Job).
