The results went into the opening post last night. The average score this time out was one decimal point away from greatness, standing as it does at 6.9 points. The best performer was ultimo, who continues to make up for his missed round a few weeks ago with good form. He moves back ahead of the weekly lowest scorer in Grecian, whilst at the summit, there are still 6 points separating Rory from Glenryck. Vegeta has once again overtaken Stinky Dad at the wrong end of the standings.

Remarkably, there were 9 home wins and no draws among our set of 10 scorelines this week, including all the League Two v League One cup ties. Those minor shocks unsurprisingly caught most people out. Only the late comeback by Boreham Wood felt like anything more than a micro-upset. Doncaster were the sole favourites bucked the trend. Scoring six meant that nobody managed a three-pointer there from the Ebbsfleet outcome either.

Away from knockout football, crucial but narrow victories for Man City, Chelsea and El Submarino Amarillo in the league all proved fruitful, but a reverse for Bilbao at Balaídos produced a dud.

I'm doing this write-up early again because most of the matches I've come up with for next weekend are actually taking place on the Friday. Those and a link to the table will be in the original post shortly, and once again I'd be grateful to know if people think this awkward international round is being handled well.
