Mr_Danger
That was not good, not good at all. Cowboy Carl fucking rollerskating for fucks sake.
Paid Members Arch Stanton Posted November 22, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted November 22, 2016 Could have at least given us a roller-skating zombie chase/fight scene, couldn't they? The only decent bit this week was the cheesy-as-fuck fight montage with Jesus karate-kicking walkers in the face.
Paid Members Scott Malbranque Posted November 22, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted November 22, 2016 Bit like Bang Bang Bart meets Moonrise Kingdom wasn't it? Just a nonsense, waste of airtime episode altogether.
Paid Members Sergio Mendacious Posted November 22, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted November 22, 2016 It was really silly shite, although Xander Berkeley and Stephen Ogg were miles better than the material.
Mr_Danger
No Steven Ogg or Trevor off of Candyman to drag this one out of the doldrums. Just Tara, pure Tara with her fist bumping and terrible facials. The only thing I liked anout it was knowing she would find out her girlfriend was dead. TildeGuy~!
I was going into the episode thinking it would be shit but it was ok, Tara has never really had a story arc since she joined the show so it was good to see more of her character. Paid Members Bus Surfer Posted November 29, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted November 29, 2016 Haven't seen this week's episode yet but I just caught up on last week's.. Â Outside of the dude that plays Trevor Phillips in GTA, this is fucking terrible. Â Jesus' flying kick on the Zombie was one of the most ridiculous things ever seen in this show, and that's saying a lot.
WyattSheepMask
Yeah, Parkour Jesus got a massive giggle in our house. The season certainly hit the ground running that first episode, but very little else has be in the least bit entertaining, even by Walking Dead standards
Members Arn Anderson's Darb
On paper that episode seemed like my worst nightmare but I actually quite enjoyed it. Tara is actually like a real person a bit more than most of the maniacs in the show. Quite refreshing. I thought we were going to witness the first Black Guy DeathTM of the series. I'm not even sure if we didn't. Did I miss something there?
Paid Members Arch Stanton Posted November 29, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted November 29, 2016 One thing that really winds me up on this show is the brown clothes. What happened to all the trackie bottoms and athletic wear during the apocalypse?
Mr_Danger
Giving Tara her own episode probably means she'll die soon so there's that but it's TWD equivalent of WWE letting Zack Ryder win a few to try and make him credible before getting destroyed by a debuting monster. I'm guessing hot latino womans plan to off Negen goes awry and Tara is the one who gets brutally offed as a result.

TildeGuy~!
Is Heath brown bread or what? It came across that he got away but he's been filming movies and he stars in the new series of 24, so who knows
Paid Members Arch Stanton Posted November 29, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted November 29, 2016 He won't be dead. If you don't see them get eaten they always come back.
Paid Members Sergio Mendacious Posted November 29, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted November 29, 2016 They've got to off Heath — he's been presented as a total nothing (I only learned his name this episode, before that I was calling him Mrchonne), yet Corey Hawkins' career seems to be blowing up.  Thought that Alanna Masterson was good in the episode, although her storyline was well ropey — I'm intrigued to find out how the group of women develop and change to the point that they are in in Mad Max: Fury Road, but basically I couldn't give a fuck.
