Keith Houchen
I'm going to mooch in for UFC and show my ignorance as well. I take it the same rules apply to live discussion, keep it in chat, not in the thread?
Dirty Eddie
The combination of the time of the year and the fact it's Lesnar means that (for once) I'll have people round for a live PPV, so no chat for the UFC this week. That never happens for wrestling any more.

Paid Members Bus Surfer Posted December 27, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted December 27, 2011 I would presume so, does live chat usually appear in the UFC threads? Â Pretty much yeah. The UFC threads have less spackers than the Premier League one so live chat isn't outlawed.
Paid Members Devon Malcolm Posted December 27, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted December 27, 2011 Well, it has Metal On Metal as well, but agreed there are less spackers on the whole. Â However, live commentary is shit whatever it's on. We don't even do it in the cricket thread any more. Even the Big Brother threads were stunk up by it. Paid Members Bus Surfer Posted December 27, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted December 27, 2011 It's never usually a problem as there may only be a handful of live comments. Saying that there will be more people watching this than your regular UFC event.
Paid Members Devon Malcolm Posted December 27, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted December 27, 2011 I would imagine so with Lesnar's involvement. Plus, if you allow it in one thread then it only leads to various pillocks crying out for it in other threads. I still remember those live Raw threads. *shudders*
Moderators PowerButchi Posted December 27, 2011 Moderators Share Posted December 27, 2011 As regards having live discussion in the MMA threads, I stand by "Have it for all, or have it for none" (none).
Moderators Astro Hollywood Posted December 27, 2011 Moderators Share Posted December 27, 2011 I don't think live discussion ever happens in the UFC threads, or so rarely that I even remember it. Seems to go from pre-show excitement posts right to post-show comments. No comedy-skits-and-diva-matches-pissbreaks in MMA, from which to hit up a forum maybe? Paid Members Bus Surfer Posted December 27, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted December 27, 2011 We get a few, it's usually Ebb running down his thoughts though which is no bad thing.

Paid Members Bus Surfer Posted December 27, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted December 27, 2011 (edited) If its intelligent discussion not, "OMG what a knockout!11!!", than I disagree. I guess because the threads are usually quiet it's not so noticeable and annoying. Edited December 27, 2011 by Mr Stu
Richie Freebird
Richie was in but timed/passed out halfway through the show. Â I was drifting in and out of consciousness for most of it. I remember enjoying the opening segment with Ace and Punk, then seeing a re masked Kane but being about 7 / 8ths asleep and not being able to grasp what was going on, or why ...then pretty much nothing until the sky sports

You never struck me as the type to be honest.
